Co-curricular, Extracurricular and Extension Activities in Campus
National Cadet Corps (NCC) strives to be and is one of the greatest cohesive forces of our nation. NCC was started in our college to develop qualities of character, courage, discipline, leadership, and secular outlook, spirit of adventure and sportsmanship and selfless service among the youth to make them useful citizens. To create human resources of organized, trained and motivated youth, to provide leadership in all walks of life, including the armed forces and be always available for the services of the nation.
National Service Scheme (N.S.S.) unit has been functioning in our college to meet the needs and requirements of students and peoples from different walks of life. The overall aim of NSS is to give an extension dimension to the higher education system NSS programme should provide a variety of learning experiences which must develop a sense of participation, service
and achievement among the students. College has one unit of 200 students. All the students used to participate in all programmes conducted by NSS.
Grievance & Anti Raging
Institution has grievance redressal cell to meet out the grievances, complaints of students, staff and non-teaching staff.
To make the students aware about the career options in basic and applied sciences, Science Society has been formulated every year in the college. Students can participate and became aware about the recent trends and development in science subjects and nature their research attitude. Many students used to participate in the poster competition on various current topics, organized by Science Society every year.
Slide show & Scientific movies
Various Departments used to organize every month Slide Show and scientific movie as an additional knowledge resource. Big-Bang Machine, A seconds from Disaster and Movie related to robotic Technology are shown to the B.Sc. students in academic year 2011-12.
The college has separate cultural committee to motivate the students for their participation in various cultural activities that has been conducted in the College. The aim behind this is to develop the presentation skill and stage courage among the students.
Every year college team participate in various activities in youth festival organized by Sant Gadge Baba Amaravati University, Amaravati.
