Awards and recognition received by faculty:

1. Prof Khaire participated the 11th Maharashtra State Level Inter University Research Convention, Avishkar 2016 held at Swami RamanandTeerthMarathwada University, Nanded (MS) on 27-29 Jan 17. He represented SantGadge Baba Amravati University, Amravati by demonstrating working model of Low Cost Solid State Earthquake Warning System. He was awarded a colour coat by the SantGadge Baba Amravati University, Amravati.
2. Prof Hamjade& Prof Khaire was awarded with third prize for the exhibit low cost solid state earthquake alarm in the national competition for innovative experiments in physics organized by the Indian Association of Physics Teachers in its 30th annual convention held at Hyderabad during 2015-16.
3. Prof Khaireand Prof Hamjade was given best experiment award for the exhibit low cost altitude – azimuth meter in the national competition for innovative experiments in physics organized by the Indian Association of Physics Teachers in its 30th annual convention held at Hyderabad during 2015-16.
4. Laboratory is recognized for research from 15 Dec., 2015 for a capacity of six (6) students.
