Conferences, Seminars and workshops attended by the faculty

1. All the teachers have actively participated in the academic activities and the students counseling.
2. The meritorious students from each class are awarded. There are teacher sponsored awards for rank I among the B.A.I, II and III, class students. The student welfare fund renders the help to poor students by providing books.
3. The teachers participate in Co-curricular and extracurricular activities of the college and worked in the committees of several activities like conference, youth festival and sport meets etc.
4. Prof. D.B.Pawar has been working as programme officer of N.S.S. for the last two years.
5. Guest lectures are organized through Political Science Association.
6. The students are assessed through unit tests and personal observation.
7. A college model examination is conducted for students to acquaint them with University examination pattern.

Plan of action of the department for next five years

• Department is planning to organize one day National level Conference in political science.
• To introduce Post-Graduate Studies in the department.
• To organise a work-shop for students.
